Now seeking to secure buying interest for the above LNG vessel.
This vessel benefits from unrivalled global trading capability through being one of a class of nine sister ships and having traded extensively in BG Group and Shell’s flexible portfolio. This type of vessel has also been found highly suited for conversion to an FSU or FSRU, and owners would be flexible to assist with such projects as was recently concluded on their identical ship, sister ship to this vessel, for an FSU project in Panama.
We are instructed to invite best offers in line with current market and expectations of values of such vessels. We are in a position to guide on price charter free basis or with potential for bareboat charter back.
The vessel is currently Sabine Pass, Louisiana, USA till 10th October and is then likely to return to Europe (port TBA) where inspections can be arranged. We will revert with updated itinerary in due course.
Owners may also consider a number of alternative joint venture proposals in the event of ship owners being interested to enter the LNG market and to set up an arrangement with their compnay whereby they could inherit some of the deep experience owners have in the operation of these vessels.
The outline particulars for the vessel is as follows

Draught: summer freeboard 12.1 metres / laden operating draught is 11.5 meters
Displacement: 112,800 tonnes (summer) / Lightship displacement 29,798 metric tons
Cargo capacity: at 98.9% filling limit is 154,984 m³
Containment System: GTT Mk III with 0.15% natural boil off rate in laden condition
The vessel is designed to perform up to 19.5 knots with a laden consumption of 135 tons per day. At 16 knots the vessel consumes 92 and 87 tons in laden and ballast condition respectively. The vessel will in addition consume 1.5 tons of MDO / MGO as pilot fuel.
